全新的 iPad Pro 外觀上依然延續了前一代 iPad Air 2 設計，配置了 9.7 寸 1536 x 2048 分辨率的 IPS LCD 屏幕，Apple A9X 處理器，  iOS 9.3 系統和 1200 萬像素主攝像鏡頭等，這配置在平板中算是頂級了。
